Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026

The Short Version

OH/JO Tech is a facility management platform. You use it to manage bookings, waitlists, and communications with your guests. Use it responsibly. Don't break things. We'll keep it running.

Who Can Use It

  • You must be 18+ to create an account
  • Keep your account info accurate and up to date
  • You're responsible for everything that happens under your login
  • Tell us immediately if someone gets into your account

What You Get

A limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access the platform for managing your facility. No ownership. No local installation. We can revoke access if needed.

Don't Do This

  • Anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
  • Game the booking or waitlist system
  • Harass staff, users, or anyone else
  • Spam people through our messaging features
  • Scrape, bot, or automate without permission
  • Try to break, reverse engineer, or copy the platform
  • Send health data (PHI) through our messaging — we're not HIPAA compliant

Communications

  • We use Twilio for SMS/voice and SendGrid for email
  • You'll get transactional messages (confirmations, reminders) — these aren't marketing
  • SMS opt-in is separate. Reply STOP to opt out anytime
  • Marketing emails require explicit consent. One-click unsubscribe, always

Our Stuff

The platform, code, design, and content belong to us. You keep your data. If you give us feedback, we can use it freely.

Service Levels

We target 99.9% uptime as a Service Level Objective (SLO), not a guarantee. We depend on third parties (Twilio, SendGrid, Railway) and can't control their outages. When things break, we communicate clearly and fix them fast.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is." No warranties. We're not responsible for facility operators' actions, third-party service outages, or decisions you make based on platform data.

Liability Cap

Our total liability is capped at the greater of what you've paid us in the last 12 months or $100. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Disputes

Let's talk first — email us and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If that fails, binding arbitration in Austin, Texas. No class actions.
